Not satisfied with your purchase due to damage? We understand the importance of your satisfaction, and we’re here to help. Our store accepts returns of damaged items within 12 days of your purchase date for a full refund, exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit. Please note that items returned must be confirmed as damaged to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Items returned after the 60-day period or in undamaged condition are not eligible for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return for a damaged item, please email blovedpublishing@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the damage. We will assist you in processing your return and provide a free shipping label.

Please repackage the damaged item carefully and drop it off at the post office. Once we receive your return, allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
